Angela Dee
Angela began her dance journey in 2016 with a beginner class at Bella Dance Studio in Spartanburg, SC. Since then she has studied with Niad dance, Bohemian Belly Dance, Stygian Dance and many other talented teachers. She co-founded Serpentine Jade with fellow dancer Laura Jae in 2019.
Shannon Bridwell
Shannon first saw dancers with swirling skirts, shiny swords, and serpentiine movements at a renaissance festival and was enchanted. She began her journey into dance in 2013 and has performed with Discordia Arts, Niad Dance Company and Serpentine Jade in South Carolina.
She is certified in Boho Blade Single Sword Level 6: Mystic, Double Sword Level 3: Daredevil, and Stygian Level 3: Evolve.

Teresa Mason
Thereeza is a fusion dancer and performs with Serpentine Jade and the Bompety Bomps. She began her fusion dance journey in 2015 and currently studies under Niad Dance Studio, Bohemian Belly Dance, Ebony Qualls Urban Fusion and Stygian Dance.
She is Certified in Boho Blade Single Sword Level 5 Artist, Double Sword Level 2 Novice, and Stygian Level 1.

Melody Waller
Melody began her dance journey in 2018 at Niad Studio where she advanced and became a teacher and member of the Niad Dance Company. She is still teaching regular classes and workshops as well as managing an advanced DC skirt student performance group called the Bompety Bomps.
She is a Certified Boho Blade Single Sword Level 3: Warrior, Niad Curriculum instructor, and the only certified Divine Chaos Skirt style instructor in the Carolinas and Georgia.

Amanda Klingler
Amanda is a talented dancer having spent many years performing with Niad Dance Company. She began her dance journey in 2017 and is well versed in many props from swords to baskets, veils and skirts, and is continually adding to her repertoire. She has traveled to Texas, North Carolina and Georgia to take workshops from many nationally known dance instructors, and recently she's been studying online with Bohemian Belly Dance and Silvia Salamanca.
Alex Klimek-Sidor
Alex became enchanted with dance in 2016, but didn't truly begin until 2021, when she started classes with Jaidra of Niad. Since then, she has been having fun twirling skirts, swishing veils, and wielding swords. She has performed with the Bompety Bomps and is thrilled to join Serpentine Jade.

Serpentine Jade was founded in 2019 by long time dance partners Laura Jae and Angela Dee. Together they won first place in the troupe category of the Queen of the Nile Belly dance competition at Festival on the Nile International.
